Tier 2 — Most popular

Confidence

Compliance plus the clarity to make better decisions. The package that represents what we believe accountancy should be.

Everything in Compliance, plus

  • Two structured review meetings per year — face-to-face or video
  • Management information pack for each review (P&L, balance sheet, KPI and trend analysis with plain-English commentary)
  • Pre-year-end tax estimate and proactive planning conversation
  • Routine admin included at no extra charge — VAT registrations, PAYE registrations, straightforward accountant's references
  • Advisory touchpoints between meetings — pricing decisions, hiring, investment, cash flow questions
  • Day-to-day questions answered as a matter of course — no metering
Confidence is our most popular package. Most clients at £250k turnover and above find the reviews and planning conversations pay for themselves many times over.
Tier 3 — Premium

Champion

A full financial partnership for growing businesses that want their accountant embedded in decision-making — not just on speed-dial.

Everything in Compliance and Confidence, plus

  • Quarterly review meetings — a closer rhythm of conversations
  • Enhanced management pack with a 3–6 month cash-flow look-ahead
  • 12-month profit and loss and cash forecast, refreshed annually
  • Budget versus actual review at every quarterly meeting
  • One focused mini-project per year (pricing review, break-even analysis, basic funding pack refinement)
  • Priority response — your queries jump the queue
  • Ad-hoc strategic conversations between meetings as standard
Champion is a defined scope — the mini-project, forecast and budget-versus-actual are agreed outputs, not open-ended commitments. Anything beyond scope is quoted separately before work begins.
Advisory services

Tax planning & advisory

Beyond compliance, we help you plan ahead — making sure you are not paying more tax than you need to, and that your personal and business affairs are structured sensibly.

What we cover

  • Business tax planning — salary vs dividends, timing of income, profit extraction strategies, and structuring decisions for tax efficiency
  • Capital gains tax (CGT) — planning around disposals of business assets, shares, or property; reliefs such as Business Asset Disposal Relief; timing of disposals to minimise liability
  • Inheritance tax (IHT) — estate planning, business property relief, lifetime transfers, and structuring to protect what you have built
  • Personal tax planning — multi-source income planning, use of allowances, and coordination between personal and business tax positions
  • Ad-hoc advisory — one-off questions, scenario modelling, and second opinions on decisions with tax implications
Routine tax planning conversations are included in the Confidence and Champion packages. For standalone advisory work or complex areas (e.g. property structures, overseas matters), we either quote a fixed fee or refer to a specialist — we will always tell you before any cost is incurred.
Add-on

Bookkeeping

We handle the bookkeeping so your records are always clean — and your management information is accurate the first time.

How it works

  • Priced based on your transaction volume and complexity — we confirm your rate during the initial call
  • Xero is our standard platform — we set it up properly from day one
  • Software licence included in your fee when we handle your bookkeeping
  • Records are kept clean throughout the year, not rushed at year-end
  • Prior period clean-up quoted separately before any work begins
Your bookkeeping fee is confirmed during your initial call, based on the volume and type of transactions in your business.
Included in all packages

Company secretarial work — included

The routine company secretarial work that limited companies and LLPs need to stay compliant is already in your package. There is nothing extra to buy.

What is included

  • Annual confirmation statement filed with Companies House
  • Registered office address service
  • PSC (persons with significant control) register maintenance
  • Routine Companies House filings (director and PSC updates)
The Companies House confirmation statement filing fee (currently £34) is the only cost passed through to you. We'll let you know when it's due and add it to your next monthly Direct Debit. Where Companies House increases this fee, or introduces other statutory filing fees that apply to your company, these are passed through at cost in the same way.

What sits outside the routine

Non-routine corporate filings — share allotments and transfers, articles changes, share reorganisations — don't happen often, so we quote them as a fixed fee per event when they arise. Get in touch and we'll scope what you need.
